Multi-API bundles (ollama default / vllm / openai / anthropic),
signed with the org signing key via the repaired sign workflow;
.sig sidecars ship alongside from now on.

Content-addressed .chain bundles for the Ch∆In bundled store. The
platform seed (crates/chain_hub/store-index/seed.yaml) points its
wasm_urls at this repo's Forgejo-raw paths; each entry's sha256 in the
seed pins the bundle, so trust does not depend on the host.
