7205956ef5 feat: text-translate, text-summarize, llm-chat 0.2.0 — selectable api wire format 
Multi-API bundles (ollama default / vllm / openai / anthropic),
signed with the org signing key via the repaired sign workflow;
.sig sidecars ship alongside from now on.
