flemming-it bc1a798462 feat: host bundled reference-module .chain bundles ...

Content-addressed .chain bundles for the Ch∆In bundled store. The
platform seed (crates/chain_hub/store-index/seed.yaml) points its
wasm_urls at this repo's Forgejo-raw paths; each entry's sha256 in the
seed pins the bundle, so trust does not depend on the host.
