Bundle now carries the license, maintainers and human-review disclaimer sections (JuraNonymizer/JuraNER are MIT, Harshil Darji, HTW Berlin JUDGE-KI). Index entry declares requires_services: [judge-ner] so Studio can surface the host-service dependency.
