docs(client): correct gRPC-Web channel comment (fai_platform→chain repo)

Browse source 
Clarify that the hub serves gRPC-Web on the same port and allows any
origin on a loopback bind (set security.cors_allowed_origins for a
remote bind). gRPC-Web on web targets has worked since the conditional
import landed; this only fixes a stale doc reference.
