Embedded third-party material — fonts

The Flutter client bundles three SIL Open Font License 1.1
typefaces, downloaded by `app/setup.sh` from the upstream
`google/fonts` repository under `ofl/`:

  - Space Grotesk (display)
Copyright 2017 The Space Grotesk Project Authors
      https://github.com/floriankarsten/space-grotesk
  - Inter (body)
Copyright 2020 The Inter Project Authors

  - JetBrains Mono (monospace / technical IDs)
Copyright 2020 The JetBrains Mono Project Authors
      https://github.com/JetBrains/JetBrainsMono

All three are SIL OFL 1.1 — see assets/fonts/OFL.txt (added by
setup.sh on first run).

Demonstration data (assets/fixtures/ + lib/data/fixtures.dart)

The five pilot norms shipped with the Phase-0 demo
(GewO §14, KassenSichV, DSGVO Art. 30, BauO Bln §60 ff,
MiLoG §17) cite publicly available BMJ, EUR-Lex and
landesrecht-berlin.de URLs as primary sources. Numbers are
plausibility-graded approximations and carry a permanent T4
demo banner; they are explicitly NOT NKR- or
Beirats-validated.
