chore(store): Recl∆Im module store index + staged bundles

store/store.yaml lists all 8 modules (status published, DE+EN tagline/description, category, tags, license, repo) with real .fai bundle sha256 from chain pack. Bundles are unsigned for now per chain (require_signatures off; FAI_SIGNING_KEY untouched; Recl∆Im key + per-store pinning later) and staged under store/bundles (gitignored).
