docs(macos): extend CFBundleDisplayName with the one-line claim

Window title and menu bar now read 'Recl∆Im — Pflicht-basierte
Wirkungsanalyse' instead of just 'Recl∆Im'. The product name
alone said nothing about what the app does; the tagline ties
the brand to the Studie's methodische Kernaussage in the
fenster-chrome itself — that's the line a reviewer will see
on screenshots, AG-Folien, Dock-Tooltips.
