EU-Rechtsakte per CELEX-Nummer von EUR-Lex holen
|
|
|
|
## Was es tut
|
|
|
|
Löst eine CELEX-Nummer auf (z. B. `32016R0679` für die DSGVO oder
|
|
konsolidiert `02016R0679-20160504`), ruft den Rechtsakt vom
|
|
öffentlichen EUR-Lex-Endpunkt ab und liefert das FORMEX-4-XML plus
|
|
einen Metadaten-Datensatz. Die geholten Bytes sind inhaltsadressiert
|
|
(SHA-256) — das Prüfprotokoll des Flows hält damit den exakten
|
|
Gesetzesstand fest; ein späterer Abruf „derselben" CELEX-Nummer, den
|
|
EUR-Lex anders rendert, wird sichtbar statt still.
|
|
|
|
Ausschließlich öffentliche EUR-Lex-Daten; die Netzwerk-Berechtigung
|
|
ist auf `publications.europa.eu` festgelegt (CELLAR, der Speicher des
|
|
EU-Amts für Veröffentlichungen hinter EUR-Lex).
|
|
|
